All About Invisalign® Clear Aligners
What to expect during your Invisalign® appointment?
We use a digital scan to capture your teeth and design a 3D treatment plan that outlines your smile transformation step by step. You’ll receive a sequence of aligners, worn for about 1–2 weeks each, before transitioning to the next set. Routine check-ins allow us to ensure everything stays on track. At the end of treatment, retainers help maintain your results.

How long does Invisalign® take to straighten my smile?
Most cases are completed within 6–18 months, depending on treatment complexity. To maintain progress, aligners should be worn 20–22 hours each day

Does Invisalign® work as well as braces?
It’s effective for most mild to moderate concerns, but severe cases may be better treated with traditional braces.
Will Invisalign® hurt while wearing it?
It’s common to feel mild pressure when you switch aligners, and it generally fades within a couple of days.
Can you eat food with Invisalign® aligners in?
No. You’ll need to take out your aligners when eating or drinking anything besides water.
What is the proper way to keep my aligners clean?
Gently rinse aligners in lukewarm water and clean them with either the Invisalign® cleaning system or a soft toothbrush.
